Harvey and Ryall were recommended to us by a solicitor to run our property portfolio when we became tired of all the ever changing compliance rules and regulations. After an initial meeting they soon set about instructing trades to test and undertake any work that needed doing ,we were fully compliant on all our property's in a very short time and we now leave it in there capable hands to run things going forward.
Its a very professional service and we find the staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Harvey and Ryall were the sellers estate agents when we bought . Sadaf and Kayleigh were amazing from the off especially Sadaf . Our solicitors and the sellers solicitors were very poor , but Sadaf chased them constantly and pushed it along , often being the only people who updated us and helped us keep our cool throughout . Hopefully never going to sell again , but if we did we would definitely recommend Harvey and Ryall they were professional and did more than they should to help us we really appreciated it and they are great people .

I can't recommend this small professional family run business highly enough, I have not only sold with them but also in the process of buying one of their properties also.From the start of selling my property the price was given to me with no hidden fees very reasonable and competitive,professional photos and video and wording was done amazingly, and the girls are so helpful and clearly love their jobs and are very professional aswell as friendly,eg when my property sold I felt their genuine excitement for me and again when I bought my property they really become included and always insist that whatever worry or questions I have not to hesitate and call that they will do all they can, fantastic company who deserve all the praise and a pleasure to deal with,and I wish them all the best in current climates competing with bigger firms as they blow bigger firms out of the water with their unique professionalism,warmth and charm.

This has been the easiest experience I've ever had renting a property (and the quickest). From viewing to everything being sorted in less than a week. Staff very helpful and friendly and always on hand if I needed assistance or clarification on anything. Highly recommended.

I live overseas so need my agent to do a bit extra. I was with another agent (big one, Bram...) who were completely disinterested and rubbish. Keon and team have been fabulous. I have had a few issues with tenants plus repairs needed etc and Keon has sorted everything out in a far far better way than the previous agent. Highly recommended. I'd give 6 stars if I could
