Firstly, I would like to say I am not shocked with the other reviews. This company is a complete fraud!!

We have been with them for 7 years and all of a sudden they stop responding to us and once we get ahold of them, they make excuses and mislead us. They have failed to send our mail for months but still collect the direct debits and the person who we were in contact with is Robert Croucher.

I have gone to their devonshire house address and it is a fake they are not even there anymore.

Do not trust this company as they lack respect, care for clients and honesty.

We DO NOT recommend them.
They still owe us a refund.

We received an email that they'll change their address to another location. We have been with them for 7 months and paid in advance for 12 months of service. There are also the mail forwarding deposit amounts that they still owe to us and of course the remaining of 5 months since we stopped using their service. We chased for a response a couple of times but we never heard back.

Overall, we DO NOT recommend them due to the lack of professionalism and failure to provide with a response in the refund.

Only cheating on you. Don´t make any service despite you pay for two year in a row i had to pay fines as the do not make any filling for my companies despite they got paid on time.
