We are truly so grateful to have had Sveta Kohli helping us with our mortgage. No question was a silly one, she was always extremely approachable and responsive. She was so reassuring throughout the process, and her communication skills are fantastic. She kept us updated at every stage even accommodating around our work schedules by speaking to us outside usual office hours when required. I think also another thing I appreciated is she’s realistic and down to earth so we never worried about being over promised and under delivered.

She has negotiated a much better rate than we could’ve expected from any high street bank or elsewhere.
I wouldn’t even hesitate to ask for her help and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who needs help with this. Our work situation was definitely a worry for me having not long returned from maternity leave but she really calmed us and was able to get exactly what we needed to borrow to facilitate moving into our family house, which is a big milestone in our lives. She took a lot of the stress out of this part.
