Like most people I was a bit hit or miss when it came to the intricacies of pensions and more so the possibilities of the best way forward. I was put in touch with Haven through a friend and ended up speaking to Ian Powell who spent a great deal of time explaining all my options and and the best way to capitalise on the funds. Ian was always professional and took great patience in answering all my queries no matter how trivial. Everything was explained in easy to understand language, not bogged down in hard to understand financial jargon. Now I’m moving forward with a better deal than I expected and confident I’ve made the right decision. Obviously these things done it come free but if the information is right then technically it should pay for itself in the long run and of course people like Ian rely wholly on reputation to grow their business. I would happily recommend both Ian and Haven as a solid base for any financial decisions and guidance.

I recently used Havan to create the drawdown route on my BAE Systems pension.I am 55 so for me the drawdown route was the best for me and my family. It was a complicated process from the start but using Havan made it as stress free as possible. My contact at Havan was Carole Aston she was FANTASTIC from start to finish and as well as being friendly she was also very professional.
