Hawke came recommended by a friend as a company who are experienced supporting clients in the NHS who are on temporary contracts. Robin (and the rest of the team we dealt with) was fantastic - always available to give some advice or to listen to my complaints about what ended up being a convoluted and stressful purchase (no fault of Hawkes!). He definitely ended up doing far more work than usual as a result but supported us through to the end, and the team regularly checked in and kept us updated if a better deal came up. I would definitely use them again.

I’ve used Hawke for my last 2-3 mortgage renewals. I’ve always been happy with the service. Adam who looked after us is great, straight talking with honest advice. We had a deal in place probably 3 months before our renewal, but Adam kept an eye on the new rates/deals as they came out. We were contacted twice before our renewal deadline to move us onto better rates when they came up, with no additional charge for changing. Working this way meant we got the best rate possible before our renewal deadline. Highly recommend.

Peter & Josh did a superb job securing our mortgage. I was impressed with their communication, swift replies and updates.
They were very quick throughout the entire process. The only thing that held us, was the proof of postal document. So make sure you have those ready when applying for mortgage. Correspondence should be no older than 3 months. Driving licence, utility bills, bank statements are accepted. HMRC letter won't be accepted.
