Given my experience, I would strongly recommend NOT using this company. I had a pension fund of >£500,000 and I appointed them with a view to transferring to a private pension. In short the advice I was given was both not satisfactory and they sat on it too long, given I had 90 days to make the transfer. Due to this, they offered to pay for me to receive another TV, but with the BBR change it's likely that my TV will have gone down by several €'000's, so this goes no way towards compensating for the potential loss. Needless to say that I didn't take them up on the offer and advise anyone seeking advice on a final salary pension to look elsewhere.
