Cannot fault the usually friendly and helpful staff, but oh my word, trying to visit the Bridport office when it is actually open is no mean feat I can tell you! There doesn’t appear to be a set time for lunch break closure and it is not advertised online. Its 3.20pm and the third time I’ve tried to pay for my holiday and the sign says “closed for lunch” again, not opening until 4pm! As there is no advertised set time for lunch closure, it’s hit and miss to get it right and it’s very annoying when you’ve driven in and the door is always locked.
