Jo arranged a Holiday Let insurance for me at very short notice.
She worked hard to get me the best policy at a great price which was difficulty as it wasn't a straight forward policy.
Jo understands quickly what is needed and is very knowledgeable.
I will definitely be going to her for future policies and would have no hesitation in recommending her and HDL Commercial.

We met Jo nearly a year ago and she assisted us with a new business insurance policy, I was very impressed with her level of service. When another policy was due for renewal Jo helped us and actually saved us a large sum of money after explaining the existing cover we had was not quite right and adjusted accordingly. Since then we go to Jo every time for all our insurances. Her service is always professional, I feel that she cares about getting policies right for us. I would like to thank Jo for sorting out the renewal of our commercial property insurance. I live in a property split into 5 separate apartments so the insurance has to be for the building as a whole. I recently started using Jo for my insurance policies and have to say the amount of time it has allowed me to focus on my home and businesses rather than trawling the internet for quotes is just one of the benefits.
Now all my information is with Jo all I have to do is send an email of what I need insurance for, I then receive information back of a couple of quotes summarised so that I can make my decision.
I also know that if I need to claim I just go to Jo and she will deal with the claim for me.
