Absolutely shocking company and wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them. It was costing us £2000 per month for our fleet insurance which you would of thought would get you a great service but 2 years later we are still having to deal with a claim against us that could of been resolved with a month or 2 if this company had any clue what it was doing or any care for its customers.
I would highly recommend anyone to avoid this company unless you plan on having zero accidents.

Just to add we are now being asked to pay over £1000 to them……

I have used Heath Insurance for possibly nearly 15 years who took over E & L when I had student insurance. I have made claims over the years for accidental damage which they have always been helpful with. Heath are easy to reach and talk to on the phone and they do help keep costs down.

I moved away from Heath for a year or so, as they did not offer me a good enough quote, However I've gone back this year because they did offer a good quote, I am happy with Heath you always know where you are with this company, they are on the end of the phone and you can pop in and see them face to face, Could not recommend them more Highley,
