I have been using Earl at Herald now for around 3 or 4 years for both personal and business insurance. I find Earl and the guys at Herald a pleasure to deal with and always on hand to give honest and decent advice when requirred. So much nicer than 'going online' and crossing your fingers! Always nice to deal with actual people who get to know you and fully understands your needs. Highly recommend these guys.

I have known Earl for approximately 7 years and since using Herald Herald Insurance services for my car insurance I have never used anyone else year on year Herald always provide the best quote the most appropriate policy for my needs personally designed for my specific requirements and always at a fantastic value for money price and on top of that so good to deal with. Been using Herald as have my wifes family for many years. Personally used them for motor insurance for a good 10 years or more . Earl Franklin was a fantastic member of the team and worked hard to give excellent service. Unfortunately the company has now become part of Academy Insurance (a chain) and certainly in my opinion is no where near as good as the herald staff. Currently have motor insurance with Academy which seemed ok with a simple renewing . However when needing detailed advice with buildings and contents i wasnt left feeling confident at all in academy's advisors. Wont be using Academy again but will be using former Herald staff instead who are in independent practice now.

I have been using the insurance services with Herald for several years now...they have kept their prices low consistently. I much prefer using them as opposed to one of the big names in the insurance field as they provide a much more personalized service. Always quick to respond to any requests for information and always pleasant to speak to. I have no hesitation to continue using them and am always happy to recommend them to friends too.

Insurance is not exciting. And even Earl and Phil can't make it so. But what they can do, is make it easy to arrange, simple to buy & they are cheaper than anywhere else.

I have used Herald's services over a dozen times in the past 6 years and happily recommended them to friends & family - they have beaten every quote given and followed up with a high level of customer service.
