Literally the worst ever property management company you could ever have connection with. Stay clear!

Very unprofessional company, contradictory to what its website says regarding professionalism.

Services provided are very long and drawn out yet they will come to you for money in an instant!

Charles Turl who’s the current Property Manager spends most of his time avoiding people and talking in riddles when email communication is sort from him, he’s often rude and if challenged he often finds a reason to terminate phone calls. Sad really as he doesn’t like questions being asked of him.

If you are seeking a Property Management company I’d strongly advise to shop around for alternatives. If I could give zero stars I would 👎🏻

Absolutely disgusted by Heritage Management services. Can not solve faults in fire alarm system for more than a year. Just wasted the resident's money on dodgy fire alarm system, and taxpayers money on LFB constant calls out. The building is still not properly protected from the fire which is a breach of fire safety regulations. Not replying to residents emails either.

Absolutely horrendous service. Heritage own the block of flats I live in and there’s a faulty alarm system that means the alarms go off at all hours of the day and night. There’s three of these alarms in our flat alone (one of which is directly above our bed), and each alarm is 75 decibels. I’ve tried calling and emailing Heritage to find out why the alarms are going off and have got no response. No one is telling us what’s happening. I’m exhausted, my work is suffering and I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety - the doctor has prescribed sleeping tablets because I can’t sleep due to being so anxious the alarms will go off. Appalling - animals live in better conditions than this.

I have honestly never experienced such unprofessional service. I live in a block of flats managed by this company who bully and harass residents over the most trivial of things. I put rubbish in the wrong bins in the communal area and was written the most shocking of letters by the manager. Not only was the letter misinformed but it also used threats if I didn’t remove the rubbish immediately
Please can you train your management team in some customer service
I wouldn’t even give this company one star but I had no choice!

I want to say huge thank you to the heritage Management Ltd Team, Their service is amazing. They are very reliable and very organised. The team is pleasant and very helpful. Our property manager is Brano Pudar, he is amazing. very responsive and take action as soon as you ask him regarding anything in the building. I really can't say thank you enough for this great service. We are as resident in one of their managed properties very happy. We really appreciate all your good work to make our life much easer.

The service provided by Heritage to our large, complex building has been extremely high compared to our previous two incumbents. Sometimes the service declines after a honeymoon period with Managing Agents subsequent to a change, but not so with Heritage.

Of particular note is their continuing focus on managing the contracts for our Building on a routine basis, and the transparency shared Directors of our RTM company.

Recent support from Heritage with some challenging circumstances has been nothing short of exemplary, providing most needed comfort and confidence to the Directors and wider residents.

I would like to have been able to leave this review without awarding the one star as it really isn't deserved.
This company is horrendous! Friends who live nearby and whose property is under their management are equally disgusted. Very dodgy people, most definitely not to be trusted. The terrible customer service is the least worrying aspect.

Never mind, I'm sure you will have no record of me, or maybe it will all be my fault. Yes, I've read your responses to all the other negative reviews left about your company. Interesting!
