After using Helen for our previous mortgage, we approached HFA again to purchase our new home. This time we were looked after by Jayne who has been great from start to finish. She has given open and honest advice, searched for the best deals and has always been available for any queries at all times of day. We genuinely feel that she went above and beyond for us. Amy in the office has also been great, chasing solicitors etc to help progress our purchase.

Where do I start?

My advisor was Katie Greenwood and she phoned me when I was first starting looking for houses and explained (to someone who didn't understand a thing about it) the whole process in simple terms, which made me confident from the start. I then, from this conversation, decided to go with their services.

Throughout the procedure, Katie was consistently good with replying to my queries and was fast to respond to any message or email I would send her.
