I had an extremely disappointing experience and would urge others to steer clear of this company. While their prices may seem appealing, the quality and service they provide are far from acceptable.

To begin with, their workmanship is unprofessional. They left my home in a mess after completing the job, showing zero respect for cleanliness. The windows they installed were unlevel, and the overall quality of the windows themselves was poor. They fit the windows far too tightly, failing to leave the proper 5mm gap as recommended.

Another major issue is their use of plastic trims inside to cover gaps. In my opinion, this looks cheap and unaesthetic, making it clear they cut corners wherever possible. They also use mastic instead of foam to seal the windows, and when I requested foam, they left massive gaps, likely to avoid the additional expense.

I also noticed scratches and stains inside the glass panes. I strongly advise inspecting every piece thoroughly before paying because once they have your money, they completely ignore your messages. On top of that, I had to demand my FENSA certificate, which they were reluctant to provide.

In summary, don’t be fooled by their low prices. You’ll end up with subpar work, poor-quality materials, and endless hassle. Do not pay upfront, and if you care about quality, aesthetics, and professionalism, avoid these cowboys at all costs.

Getting fed up to the back teeth of waiting for them to finish properly a job that they did back in October. They had a whole month to do it, so they weren't exactly rushed, and all it would take is a simple small job to put it right. Despite phone calls, messages, emails, etc, they came back, did a bit of the remedial work and said they'd be back in the week. No show all week, yet again. Disgusting way to run a business, only interested in getting your hard earned money, then tough

Had a new composite front door fitted. Warped in the sun and when the sun is on it the door won’t open. Called Justin and he either ignores the phone or arranges to come out but doesn’t turn up. And to top it off today the handle snapped off. Avoid this company like the plague. Low quality cowboys

Never answer the phone. You can leave a message but Justin will not respond to anything other than a sale. If you have a problem with an installation good luck he will vanish.

I have had two sets of French doors with side panels fitted to a garage conversion by Higham Windows. The installation is OK but 3 problems remain that despite phone calls and promises are still outstanding. 1 no restraints on the doors so the slightest breeze sends them swinging open to bang against a wall. 2 internally no upvc was fitted to that the filling is exposed when the doors meet the walls. lastly the doors were sealed to the wall using "clear" mastic instead of brown to match the rosewood colour of the doors, it looks cheap. Didn't turn up to rectify said defects
