DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!!
Im 19 and drove 2 years through Andrian flux on a black box with no claims, good quality driving, no cautions and only good feedback. Only to find the price I was working towards which was 900 pound, was suddenly increased to 2500 pounds on the days before my renewal. Absoulte screws, just felt betrayed as I did think they were a good company, if u are a young driver like myself just watch out and prepare for what is to come, cause ive had reports this has happend to a lot of people using this company.

Stand and deliver
This company should be called highway man insurance as I feel like I have been robbed. Van collected for repair with no battery or electrical fault mot done two weeks prior that had no issues. But after the repair had been completed there was now a battery fault they changed the battery I had to pick vehicle up as they had no one to drop it back off as soon as I pick it up battery fault returns. Told by garage it would be safe to drive lost all power on motorway now the insurance company are back tracking on getting vehicle recovered and getting issue resolved they have obviously caused.

Speaking to Highway after my bike accident was very easy. They corrected an error my broker had made in minutes. I've insured my new bike with them as well as I was so impressed with the service I received. Yes, I could have got slightly cheaper insurance, but the service and support I received from Highway makes the little extra very worthwhile.

Do not insure your vehicle with this company, we put in a valid claim and instead of discussing it or declining the claim they cancelled our insurance policy giving us a weeks notice. This caused problems when trying to insure with another company, we have eventually got cover, but what is the point of having insurance if you can't put in a claim for an accident?

Be very careful when insuring your motorbike with this company, although I have been with them for 4 years never had a claim I sold my bike recently with 4 months insurance still to run. When cancelling the insurance I got told very clearly you will get nothing back as the cancellation costs are high, when I asked for an explanation on the cancellation costs they could not come up with any reason.
MY ADVISE IS FIND A BETTER INSURANCE BROKER AS i WILL NEVER INSURE WITH THIS COMPANY

Do not waste your time with this company. I had a policy with them that I cancelled after 2 months and I was charged for the whole year and given no refund. Their astronomical fees somehow perfectly added up to the exact cost of my policy, what a coincidence! I couldn't get any clear answers when I asked for a breakdown of the costs. Why state a cancellation fee when that figure is completely irrelevant?
