I cannot say that I have been entirely satisfied with the service provided.
At the end of last year , as a result of the heavy rain and strong winds experienced, I submitted a claim. The claim was handled by Legal & General and was rejected out of hand as there was not enough rain and the winds were not strong enough.
I'd like to say I was not expecting full compensation as it was for the flat roof of a garage. However, I was not impressed by the cavalier way in which my claim was dismissed and there was no offer of any advice or support, As a result I was left entirely to my own devices and this is really not why you take out insurance. If this is going to be the case, it seems like a rip off and a waste of money. I would certainly not recommend this standard of service to anyone
