Excellent service provided by Higos over many years. They treat you as an individual and provide a service to meet your needs. I needed specialist insurance for a thatch property and they were competitive, also similar with landlord insurance. They listen and they respond promptly. They send timely reminders, and can operate by email or telephone. Yes, it is still easy to speak directly to a human being at Higos and receive good customer service...a dying art in so many industries.
There are not many companies I stick with for several years. Well done Higos.
