HKS totally replaced my kitchen and 2 bathrooms, which I love! They turned out exactly like the 3D-plans. They are high quality, the workmanship was excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail and good communication throughout the process. As with all large projects there were a couple of things that went wrong, but they were corrected as quickly as possible with no disagreement. I fully recommend HKS

I just want to say a big thank you to Gary and the team at HKS for our fantastic new kitchen, utility and cloakroom. Gary really understood what we were after and quickly arrived at a final design that met our needs. He was full of great ideas and accommodated our various changes of mind throughout the project.

Fitting was delayed due to our son having Covid, but the team were incredibly accommodating and managed to reschedule in order to complete the entire installation before Christmas. The fitting was done to an incredibly high standard by Dave who was a pleasure to have in our home.

We would definitely recommend HKS.

HKS were excellent from start to finish during our kitchen renovation. The design gave us a better result than we could have achieved ourselves and Gary was clearly an expert in suggesting improvements and providing guidance throughout. He turned around alternative views quickly so that we could make informed choices about all aspects of the design. The execution of the work was flawless with the fitters being real craftsmen - the attention to detail was perfect and ultimately why we chose HKS after having heard so many positive stories from others. Thank you to everyone involved for delivering us our dream kitchen!

We just had two bathrooms and a complete kitchen redone by HKS. These major, complex rooms are always going to be expensive and challenging due to the sheer amount of different elements each room has.
The process started with Gary Sparks in the show room (Designer), who listened to what we were hoping to achieve and put together designs and cost options to turn that in to reality.
Gary produced as many CADS as we needed to be able to picture our existing bathrooms and kitchen with the new fixtures and fittings. He worked through every single cost element, giving options to flex our budget where needed.
Every single item needed to complete each project was itemised, costed and accounted for - at the end of the three projects, we got exactly what we paid for without any alteration to agreed costings - fantastic care to ensure no hidden surprises on actually completing the different rooms.

The project was then handed over to Phill Irwin (Project Manager) who managed the many elements involved , deliveries, skips, plumbers, tilers, electricians, skilled kitchen fitter etc, whilst communicating with us all the time so we knew when to expect what and who would be in the house throughout the considerable duration of our refurbishment - he was regularly on site to check if we had any questions or concerns and our property was left in immaculate order with no debris or rubbish left for us to deal with .

We can not really put in to words how brilliant HKS are - Totally professional, a pleasure to work with and a fantastic up lift to our home has been achieved - brilliant experience , no stress and any one reading this should have no hesitation about using this outstanding Sussex company

HKS project managed our new bathroom from inception to completion. We had multiple discussions with Gary that helped us decide from the type of decor to the unit manufacturers and they gave us CAD images to show us what it would eventually look like which was much appreciated.
They were professional and friendly throughout and the faulty extractor unit was replaced right away which was a response we were very pleased with.
For us it felt that HKS wanted the whole experience from beginning to end to be pleasant, and I highly recommend the company for new bathroom design and installation.
