TOTAL RIP OFF!! NEVER DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN!! WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH EVER!! WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE!!
This insurance agent SUCKS!! They don't care at all for the people that use them!
I have been with them for years and when I asked to get a quote to add my son to my policy they told me that I "would be better getting it quoted from Geico or someplace like that."
I said I still wanted it quoted and never heard back from them! I had to call my insurance company to get it quoted after waiting for TWO weeks!
I recently got an email from them that they were adding my son to my policy - when I inquired about this with them. I was told that they "didn't work for me."
REALLY? They don't work for me but they are willing to take the commission from the insurance company on my behalf!!
