Gary was friendly and approachable, he took our wants on board and really understood what we wanted. He kept to us in loop along the way and checked in throughout the works on various occasions. He also selected a man for the decorating that would work well in a learning disability setting; John was really good with the tenants, he was understanding and did a great job with the decorating.

Those who have come to my property for repairs and renovations have demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect for personal property. I have observed that they do not take appropriate measures to protect floors wear shoe protectors, and seem to disregard basic health and safety standards. It's terrible, not professional work. they're just doing and keeping all the mess just leaving the property. I don't think higher management is paying attention to those people. They just need to finish your contract. I cannot recommend these individuals for any home renovation or repair services.
