I’m very dissatisfied with Holloway Friendly. After faithfully paying my premiums, I submitted a claim only to have it denied. They disregarded my doctor’s professional opinion and refused to pay out. It’s frustrating to pay into a policy that doesn’t provide support when you need it. I wouldn’t recommend this insurance company to anyone.

A lot of companies will ask you for review immediately after purchasing they product, however Holloway Friendly ask for review after dealt with customer service and respect that.
Before purchasing the income protection i questioned myself do i really need it, never been off sick i my life for longer than 2 weeks, but you never know... Had a traffic accident, couldn't work for 4 months, Holloway Friendly provided great support, apritiate that. Thank you.

Usual excellent service when you need them.
Best thing I ever did was to take out a policy with them.
I find the negative reviews hard to understand as never had an issue with the Holloway.

Hi i would like to inform you i will be leaving as i believe you company are liars as this is an insurance from missing wages, i believe your company is not what they are advising, i should have got paid while off on sick note, when you desided to make a payment much later when i have already went back to work and got payed.
I regret to say i will not forward your company to friends or family or anyone.

I’d go for zero stars if possible .
Be warned your sold a policy with get out clauses that aren’t explained properly jargon is used to mislead you . I was told I had to wait four weeks as I was paid monthly before a claim could be made not you have to wait a month and then your claim starts after this month .
They DO NOT pay out after paying premiums for years they give bad advice with slow communication GO ELSEWHERE .

9 only reviews tell you a lot about this company, if there was a minus rating,I would give -10 the claims specialist bleating on about random garbage,that they no more, and that they are a mutual to make money for there members. Disgusting sales tactics ,stay clear, cancelled our policy, waste of time and money.thats just from asking advice.
