Blaine at Home and Business Public Adjusters is AMAZING! My wonderful hair stylist told me about him . My mom’s home had been destroyed by fire two weeks prior. I was so stressed out trying to handle everything myself . She said I HAD to call Blaine, “He’s the best!”
From the moment I called him , he was right there with us, walking us through the entire process. I was so relieved. He handled the assessments, called and hired contractors to go through, itemize and remove the entire contents of the home. He even found someone to restore my mother’s priceless mantel clock that had belonged to her grandfather!
He has always been kind, knowledgeable and extremely patient with all of my questions, and I ask A LOT of questions! It can be very frustrating dealing with insurance companies and Blaine and his team expertly handled everything from start to finish. As others have said , at times it can seem like nothing is happening with the claim. However, that couldn’t be farther from the truth, Blaine and his Wife Debbie were working behind the scenes on our behalf, fighting to get my parents the restitution they deserved. Just as we were coming to the end of our claim period and thought State Farm had paid all they were going to pay , Blaine surprised us with news that another very large check was coming! He had gotten State Farm to award my parents their Full Policy Limits! Which we NEVER could have done on our own! My family and I are extremely grateful to Blaine and Debbie and the entire staff for all they’ve done. The fire was a devastating loss and incredibly stressful for my mom and our family. Knowing Blaine and HBPA were on our side and had our backs was a huge comfort and stress reducer! I highly recommend Home and Business Public Adjusters, they are the BEST!!!

It was a pleasure working with Blaine, Debbie and the team at H&BPA. We had a devastating loss from tree damage and then issues coming to an agreement with our insurance carrier as our estimates were very far apart. We turned to Blaine and team and they were able to provide peace of mind during a difficult time while carrying the burden of dealing with the negotiation, paperwork and back and forth. At the end, Blaine represented our family well, always acted professionally and helped us to collect what was needed to repair our home. I would highly recommend H&BPA!

I had a house Fire two days before Christmas. Blaine was recommended to me from a friend. It was THE best decision I made. The insurance company tried to pay the bare minimum and tried to fight us. This process takes time and patience. Blaine handles all of the assessments personally and is always on the road. When you go down this path you might feel like nothing is happening for months, but in the background a ton of slow processes are being dealt with by his team. Blaine got me 3x more than I ever thought I would get, helped me find the right teams to do the work, plus only took 10%. He is the best in the area, yet you have to be patient with the process, and Blaine is usually waiting for answers himself. Its hard dealing with insurance company's, and that's why you need someone like Blaine.
