Ignore the reviews of Brokers etc, what anyone should be interested in is the supposed Insured parties like myself, and just one other I note below.

HomePro have obviously honed the refusal to obtain redress into a fine art.

I tried to claim on a policy for defective work and even went to the Ombudsman to assist in verifying as to whether I had a legitimate claim, the Ombudsman agreed, and yet the company are still refusing to pay anything for works covered under the Guarantee given to me by a Contractor now longer trading.

There isn't a barge pole long enough to forewarn people about touching this reprehensible company's product. Shameful.

DO NOT use Homepro unless you are going to lose your business due to financial reasons, they then will help. I thought by using an insurance back guarantee it would protect my customers in the event of me closing my business down legitimately. how wrong I was all they want is your money, BE WARNED

avoid at all costs. The bit of A4 paper has more value that the policy written on it. The terms and conditions make the policy worthless. Handy hint easier way to get rid of money is to flush it down the loo. Anyone else notice all the 5 star reviews are from companies with little or no online presence. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ANY WINDOW COMPANY WHO USE THEM YOU WILL NOT BE COVERED FOR ANYTHING
