After accepting an offer we had issues with solicitors. Jodie was progressing this which was a challenge because my solicitors were harder to contact than ghosts! Though Jodie and the team kept me sane throughout the solicitors shenanigans!

Micheal (sales agent) and Jodie (after sales coordinator) were both great. Very helpful and personable and got the job done. Micheal is a great salesman. And just is really good at his job. Once the sale was agreed, we had a couple of hiccups (nothing to do with Horts), as is possible with any sale. Jodie kept us up to date all the way. We really relied on her and Micheal to keep us informed as no one else was doing that until right at the end. They also kept things progressing as much as they could. My partner said that he'd give them 5 stars as well. We're hoping not to move again but if we did, we'd use Horts and would certainly recommend based on our experience.
