I have used Howdens insurance when it was under a different name, I find the insurance company helpful when internet hunting can be crazy at times and I prefer face to face communication. I normally deal with Nilesh, who I feel takes the stress out of understanding and finding good insurance cover for my landlord properties. No question is stupid and always has time to explain and reassure me. I would recommend him and the company overall. thank you

This has got to be the best Insurance group I've used ever. It's not bad enough collecting a new car for some young lad on his phone crashing I to the back of you but this company sorted it straight away. Sarah was professional and polite all the way through the process and kept me upto date with everything. I forgot about the incident within a couple of days due to the smooth organising they displayed. Thanks Sarah for everything.

In the past they've been excellent and looked after me for over 2 years. I had an urgent requirement on behalf of a family member which required a solution within 15 mins of closing time on a Saturday admittedly, we weren't called back despite flagging that'll be closing shortly, but was assured a call back that day, unfortunately this never materialised. Could possibly be an off day but worth a punt in the future, as they've delivered in the past with great courtesy.

Following on from an arson attack at my venue we reported to A-Plan and expected a worst case scenario on insurance but Martin Blower and his team went above and beyond to hold the insurers to task and ensure they had our best interests in mind, the process was long but Martin kept in contact almost everyday with updates and I believe our settlement would have been a lot lower had it not been for him and his team fighting our corner, we all hate the ever increasing insurance premiums but I will only use A Plan for it in the future knowing that when they are needed they really do step up, thank you!
