Charlie was very professional and put the customers needs at the forefront of our interaction. I came in looking for insurance but we discussed whether or not I would actually benefit from it. I got Charlie Francis's details from a colleague. He came recommended. Charlie's service has been first class, very clear and he scopes "whole of market" in what can be a mire of confusion. He puts a great deal of emphasis on the annual review of your policy which, again, is very useful indeed. Too many of us just roll policies over.
