This is, hands downs, the best estate agent out there! Jamie and his team are absolutely amazing. They are friendly, supportive and couldn’t do more for you. I used HQ and a larger company, and HQ proved themselves to be the better agent over and over again. HQ are the only honest estate agent out there and you should not doubt using them.

Best decision ever using HQ Estates Limited for my house sale! Jamie and his team were invaluable to me. From beginning to end they did everything possible to make the whole process as smooth as they could. The advert placed on Rightmove was eye catching and regularly promoted to the top of a search. The appointments for viewings were booked professionally and the process of finding a buyer was very well handled. They were always contactable, did everything possible to find out what was going on between solicitors (which is near on impossible!) and were relentless in ensuring my completion. Cannot recommend Jamie & staff enough. My house had previously been up with another agent with very little interest. On recommendation from a friend i contacted HQ. Jamie & Jay were enthusiastic & professional. The photos Jamie took were amazing & the attention to detail second to none. Because of the type of house i was selling, prospective buyers were given an accurate & detailed description of the type of property it was, this is why HQ are so successful, they don’t just view for the sake of it, they carefully find the correct buyers for the correct homes, when people come to view you know they are 100% interested in buying your property..hence why on only my second viewing an offer was made on my house (for the asking price) & sold!
The whole transaction from there on was a smooth non stressful experience. The solicitors recommended by Jamie were also fantastic & provided a professional & easy online service, which was from start to finish straight forward & non complicated.
On my moving day Jamie even had my new bed delivered to the office just incase it arrived before completion.
I recommended HQ to my mum & again her house was sold within 2 weeks!
If you are thinking of selling your property there really is only one estate agent to use in my opinion 10/10 🙂

Now this is a proper Estate Agents! We moved from an Estate Agents to HQ as we were not selling. Within one week of being with HQ we had sold and for a good price, all because the photos were professionally taken, the property was illustrated correctly on the advert and on top of that we had great guys managing the rest behind the scenes. HQ will bend over backwards to help and expedite your sale/purchase efficiently and always in a professional manner.
