He just talks in a plain, straightforward way that makes the whole thing seem less scary - there's no jargon or trying to make things seem ten times harder than they need to be - just a genuinely nice man, who is willing to use his sills and his time to help others.

I started my entertainment business back in 2019 and each year since then i have struggled to complete my year end tax return and formal accounts, for two reasons, one, I have had no previous experience of completing such returns and two I am pretty bad with numbers lol. This has resulted in me missing a number of deadlines with HMRC and paying not insignificant fines for late returns. I decided it was time to do something about it. After asking around and doing some online research I found "I Hate Numbers" and I thought to myself well that sounds like it would be perfect for me. I completed their online enquiry form and quick received a personal introductory email from Mahmood and we arrange a date and time to meet online to discuss my business and what support they could offer.

I was very impressed by both the help and advice they could provide an the overall costs for their services and I agreed with sign up as a new client. I hate Numbers agreed to complete both my business and personal tax returns. We have just completed my business accounts and both my personal and business tax returns for 2024/25 and I found the whole experience very easy and hassle free. I was given access to a client online portal that was very easy to use. Gloria was very helpful in explaining what documents I needed to provide and was also very patient and professional in dealing with my multiple questions and points of clarification.

Mahmood completed my accounts and tax return and sent through a video file of him walking through the year end accounts and explaining each point in a very simple and clear way.

If like me, you also "hate numbers" I cant recommend Mahmood and his team highly enough.
