I contacted ID Asbestos Ltd over the weekend via their online contact form, asking for a quote for two asbestos tanks to be removed. Victoria came back to me first thing Monday morning with a quote and the process on how they work. All my contact with Victoria via email and telephone was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We scheduled a convenient day and time for them to attend on the Wednesday morning and everything was dealt with as promised. Really pleased with the level of service received. ID Asbestos Ltd did a very thorough job at removing some marley tiles in the old part of my property prior to having LVT flooring installed. They arrived on time and cleaned everything up and removed all debris. Good service and would recommend them

A job well done. The pricing is more transparent and flexible than some other service providers that quoted for the work. The surveyor - Roy - was clean, tidy and respectful of the fact that he was working in our home. We discussed where he should sample. He was open to our feedback but had good suggestions of his own. The final report arrived shortly after and was detailed but easy to comprehend.
