So impressed! We needed all the floors in our house deep cleaned and sanitised as an urgent job. Very pleased with the results. I have to thank especially Mantas and Petru who drove all the way out with very short notice and have done an amazing job. They were friendly and polite and really went above and beyond. Parts of the floor needed to be manually cleaned and they did this with excellent results. Also thanks to Kian who was great at providing quotes and assistance on the phone. Very happy to recommend this company.

Good service, expensive maybe, but honest. Post-suicide clear up. Grim subject, but wanted to share my experience for others. I couldn't face the house after my uncle died there and the police recommended I get it cleaned up first. Like emergency plumbers, etc, of course I was worried about getting ripped off etc. I have to tell you it's not cheap. I paid £1000 plus VAT for 2 people working half a day. In fact they were on site 5 hours, were in regular contact, gave me lots of options for how to best spend their time. Given travel time and grimness of the job, I think it wasn't that bad a price. I thought the comms and helpfulness of this outfit were excellent. I had very responsive service from Lola. Hope this helps someone else in a difficult spot.

I think they should change their name to “no response”. They were happy to quote me for a job, but when it came time to actually book the Work, they couldn’t even return a phone call despite multiple messages. Truly appalling.

When I finally did get in touch, they asked me to sign a contract. Then they booked me in, asked for payment in advance, and then told me the booking wasn't confirmed.

Appalling.

Had a ruptured waste engine oil tank OOH over weekend at an MOD facility, quick search on mr/mrs google for a solution & found Ideal Response. Speaking to Kash, she arranged for 2 teams to attend within 4/5 hours on payment of invoice, TBH was a bit apprehensive as an unknow company but..... As promised the team comprising off Mihai, Touffik, Henry & Joel arrived as promised and totally nailed it! 5 stars does not even cover it. If you have a spill & need it cleared get these people in you wont be disappointed. Thank you Kash & team.

From the initial contact with Kash, the service provided by Ideal Response was excellent. The work undertaken was as per schedule and throughout I was kept informed of the progress. Damp surveyor Yaccine took time to explain and advise at the final visit.
It was a very difficult situation for me as the house was unoccupied and I was 250miles away but felt confident in the teams work

I received a call from my client at 16:43 to attend a public area on the M20 to clear up human waste. I called Kash and she arranged everything in a professional efficient manner before then deploying Ben to the scene. Ben called me before he left and continued to keep me up to speed on progress. By 20:00 the job was completed. I asked Ben to clear any litter that could have been contaminated at the scene and when he sent through the photos the area was absolutely spotless. Can't fault there level of service. This is the second job we have used Ideal response for and they will continue to be my first port of call in the future. Thanks very much.
