I’ve done many courses over the years with some of the UKs leading companies in the fire protection industry and have usually come away, bored, frustrated and disappointed.

I can’t speak highly enough of Ignis Global and Ben Walker.

Ben has a totally unique ability to create a warm, friendly and fun learning environment that is sadly lacking in other companies.

He has a gift of quickly developing camaraderie between a room full of strangers.

Bens knowledge and way of explaining technical stuff in a simple easy to understand way that is easy to remember is incredible.

He creates a support network between the course candidates and his team of assessors that is second to none.

I became part of a family on this course and now I’m home I’m experiencing the post course blues.

I’ve just started my journey with Ignis Global in undertaking the Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment.

I started with a 5 day residential course where I was made welcome and well looked after during each day, and evening activities also made available which is great when away from home and for clearing the head before the next days tuition. My many hours of portfolio work is to be undertaken but any issues, I have an email address and a WhatsApp group to contact for any advice.

A very well delivered subject with plenty of course material to assist. The group had a mix of experience and Ben ensured we all participated to allow all students to benefit from the mix of experiences which sometimes helped in tricky areas of the course.

Highly recommended this training provider and Ben certainly knows his subject matter.

Great team who really understand Fire Safety and want to impart their knowledge in a way that makes sense and us all safer!
I recently studied a course with the team and found it to be incredibly insightful, using a combination of worked examples and excellent theoretical knowledge. It has improved my knowledge and confidence hugely, whilst allowing me to connect to others.
Overall a hugely positive experience from what could be a very dry, presentation heavy topic.

Having just returned form attending a Fire Risk Assessors course with IG Fire safety (An Ignis Global Company) I found the course very well layed out and professionally presented and executed by both Ben and Nick who certainly new their subject.
Not coming from a fire background i felt at ease during the whole course, nothing was an issue for the guys with questions being asked the explanation was straight to the point and best of all in layman's terms so everyone understood the meaning of each subject.
we were well catered for through out the course.
This is a highly recommended course to enhance your fire safety and continue your personal development.
