Spoke with Gary about arranging a Chancel Repair Indemnity policy. He went out of his way to find information for me and suggest a way forward when many would have declined to have provided assistance. We have had used Illingworth's for many years for our company's public liability insurance. I recently called in to see if they could offer a quote on our personal home and contents insurance as well. I met with Stewart, who took some time reviewing our existing policy and comparing options - before deciding that the policy we had was still a very good deal and he recommended that with stick with it. I think it's a high compliment to an insurance broker to give an independent view of the market but then not try to sell you something at the end of it. We'll certainly be sticking with Illingworths for our public liability when that is up for renewal.
