Special mention to Dale who got us our mortgage! During the application process, he explained everything in great detail and was always quick to respond to any queries that we had. Dale was also very quick to send our application and all of our documents to the lender, without the need to chase him up for progress. He was very dedicated! Also thank you to Melanie who carried on with our application for the last part, she was also very responsive to emails and keen to get the mortgage offer for us.

Overall, Impact were great and I cannot fault them on anything. They got us a very good deal and I can't imagine it was the most straightforward of applications, so we are very grateful that they took us on and got us to the end!

Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding from start to finish.

The team we were dealing with at Impact (Jill and Catherine) along with Dale and everyone else involved have simply made the impossible a reality. The process of buying our home took nearly a year with setbacks from the developer but the team at Impact not only negotiated an amazing offer with a lender but also kept the deal alive! So grateful to everyone at Impact SF!!! Highly recommend!

Impact Specialist Finance helped us get onto the property ladder a little under a year ago and we can not thank them enough. Most lenders would not touch us but Impact Specialist Finance found us a provider and got us through the process. Due to the pandemic, it was a longer process than you'd usually expect but ISF remained professional and proactive throughout. Roz was lovely and deserves a medal for putting up with my daily harassment. She regularly chased our slow lender and provided us with updates. Thanks to Roz and all the team.

I was passed to this company through Habito who could not help me based on my credit score. At first they seemed really professional but it was short lived. Over the phone they were friendly but in email it felt like a big farce. I was told it would take about 48 hours to find a lender from the time of submitting my application but I was passed from pillar to post, 2 weeks in after chasing them (they were in no hurry whatsoever) was told they had found a lender (finally!) I received an email from Paul stating 'I have taken over your enquiry and from the details in the fact find and your previous credit reports, there is a lender that CAN help on a 10% deposit option'. This was on the Friday. Then when I emailed on Monday to chase up I got an out of office for 9 days. Not very professional considering he didn't bother to pass my application on to another member so when I called they didn't know what was happening. Turns out they hadn't found a lender at all. Why say CAN and build hopes up rather than MAY BE able to help? So then got told by Amanda my application would be passed on to yet another person called Dale (4 different people so far). Well I'm 1 month on and I never heard a word from Dale.

What a total waste of time. My experience from this company is that they are unprofessional and just mess people around. A total waste of time.

I never normally leave reviews for anything but wanted to mention how decent Impact SF have been. I got totally let down when a previous mortgage statement of mine was misread and my application was cancelled. Kelly Harber came to the rescue and got me to resubmit my application which is now being approved. She managed to do in a week what my previous broker took a month to do. Fantastic service.
