Contacted for insurance - not an easy one to deal with. The person I spoke to disappeared after several days other than an out of office, did not mention a holiday or they couldn't help us. If they could not help it would have been easier to just say so and let us down with out ignoring us. Now having to find another company to help.

Appalling customer care and ethos.
The Managing Director, Paul Gadsby, advised by email of a potentially serious issue with an employee that managed my insurance policies resulting in them being dismissed for gross misconduct. The email stressed IIB’s commitment to their clients and offered to discuss should any clients wish.
I have now contacted Paul Gadsby and the Ops Director, Jordan Gadsby, several times and have been ignored. No response or opportunity to discuss forthcoming.
I escalated via the account team and was promised that Paul would contact me - still nothing. Don’t believe their website statement of ‘putting their client’s needs at the heart of everything they do’.
Considering such a potentially serious situation, arising from gross misconduct dismissal of a senior broker, to not respond to further queries regarding specific concerns shows clear contempt for customers.
Most worryingly, IIB appears to contravene the requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority.
