I want to acknowledge the very professional contribution which Emma played from the outset to conclude our equity release funding. We very soon developed a close working relationship with Emma who gave us at all times very sympathetic and ongoing support during a distressing family time. Emma is a super adviser and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Emma did a fantastic job obtaining a mortgage offer for us. Kept us updated regularly as things progressed and obtained an excellent offer for us in difficult circumstances. Hopefully that is the last mortgage we will need but would not hesitate in going back to Ineo and Emma again if needed. Can't recommend highly enough.

I have worked with St James’ Place, specifically Emma Rice for several years.

She and the company are extremely professional and the quality of information and communication is excellent.

Everything I receive is timely, with just the right amount of technical information which I can understand and apply to my own situation.

I have my pension funds invested with St James’ Place and have it aligned to my own risk outlook which works perfectly.

All this is great but, without the relationship with Emma, built up over the years from initial discussion to investment, through changes and additions this would not be the kind of trusted relationship I have come to rely on.

The decision to invest in my pension and the need to make the right decision and find the right partner for this was something that kept me awake but over the years the professionalism of Emma and St James’ Place has given me the confidence and reassurance I needed and means I now sleep soundly.
