If you’re looking for an insurance company that will stand by you when you need help the most, stay far away from INSHUR. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. When I filed a legitimate claim, they delayed the process for weeks, constantly asking for more documents, which I had already provided multiple times. Every phone call was either redirected or dropped, and customer service was utterly unhelpful and unresponsive.

To make matters worse, when they finally got around to reviewing my claim, they found every possible loophole to deny coverage, despite it being clearly outlined in the policy. It felt like they cared more about avoiding payouts than helping their customers in times of need. I ended up having to cover the entire cost out of pocket, making the whole point of having insurance useless.

I wouldn’t recommend INSHUR to anyone. They don’t care about their customers, and they certainly don’t provide the protection they promise. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a reliable insurance provider. This company is nothing but stress, disappointment, and wasted money.

Followed instructions to get NCB certificate once policy had expired, but have been completely ignored. Received, generic email, stating I'd be contacted within 8 hours. 3 days later, I'm still waiting. I submitted my request on the 19/10, with my new insurer threatening to cancel my policy without proof of NCB. Initially, was a very easy and straightforward process to obtain insurance, but dig a little deeper and you get treated very poorly. Virtual assistant doesn't work, no contact number that goes through to a human being, very poor customer service. AVOID at all costs.

I've been with Inshur for courier insurance for almost 2 years. I've never had to claim, renewal in January was (maybe I was lucky) very reasonable and I haven't had to contact them for any other reason. But now I want to cancel my policy because I no longer need courier insurance. Through my account I was directed to a set of Q&As which told me I needed to send certain information to a specific e-mail to cancel my policy - I did so on Saturday (19/10) and received an auto response saying someone would reply within 8 working hours. I had no response by the end of Tuesday so sent an online 'Submit a request' asking someone to get back to me asap, as I need to arrange other insurance to commence straight after Inshur's ended - and at a difference of £200 a month I certainly want to process the cancellation ASAP! It's now Wednesday and I found a phone number buried in the policy documents, so called them. First time didn't even connect and went straight to a survey asking me how helpful the agent was! Obviously got a 0! Tried again, a robot voice said I was in a queue for 27 minutes. After 33 minutes the robot told me my wait time was 46 minutes! Seriously It was only 4pm when I called, not even peak time! I've submitted another request online and will update this review IF someone actually gets back to me and resolves my query quickly and painlessly. Otherwise, this absolute lack of basic customer service is enough for me to warn anyone else to NOT use Inshur - imagine how much hassle a claim would be! Pay a little more and go for a better known provider.

Do not use this company they will rip you off one month your insurance will be £300 the next month it will double to £600 for the same insurance cover , i had so many issues with them with my account and every time you call your be on hold for ages , then when you get though you get different levels of help from staff telling you different information , if i could give 0 stars i would! I recommend using acorn

I'd tried to report on Friday last week my van got stolen . Spent about 4hrs listening to the same music , no one answered the phone , alternatively I'd sent email just to let them know about theft . After 5pm on Friday I'd used out of hours contact but lady over the phone was unable to make a report due to some issues with accessing to my file and she asked me to phone them back after 9am on Tuesday . On Tuesday at 9:03am I'd decided to give them a ring but again no answer . Alternatively again used another email to let them know and I'd received the reply from Maisie that someone will contact me within 8hrs but obviously no one rang me back . On Wednesday morning I'd received email that they will close the ticket as resolved and will pass my details to claims team . It's Thursday morning now and I've got no information whatsoever, Tomorrow will be a week since my van got stolen . Even police is surprised that no one from insurance company contacted me yet . I wish I knew it before I bought the policy and if will be possible I would give 0 starts .
