Really helpful, spoke to a guy called Chris Coats (I think), regarding a possible third party claim. Couldn't be anymore helpful, not a bad word to say about the company. Albeit, I haven't had to pursue a claim in full, but the contact I have had over the last couple of months has been great.

Terrible. I didn’t realise when I bought my insurance through Swinton Insurance that they subcontracted the work out to this company. From my initial accident the customer service and communication had been terrible. It took 7 months to get my car fixed mainly due to paperwork not being completed properly and the issues with parts ( garages fault) they then have sent emails after I paid my excess. When I complained during the process in writing twice I got no response. Do not buy insurance through Swinton Insurance as you have no idea who will be dealing with you file when you have any issues, and this company are terrible. I don’t normally do bad reviews but this time people need warning. Good luck if you ever have to claim.

Shocking service from this company, no communication from them at all, my car was damaged in an accident over 3 weeks ago & Inspire Motors just keep passing me from one repair shop to the next, only for me calling them and then being told one excuse after another, I am still waiting for the car to be picked up and repaired. Avoid them at all costs, you have been warned they are awful, I will not be renewing my insurance with any company that uses these cowboys.

Terrible Company!!! I had a claim against me which I denied fault as the claiment was at fault, I had no damage to my car and got on with my life to only months later to be informed the lady had made a claim. This has gone on for 8 months, no response from the company, no calls, now I jave a letter asking me for for over 2000 pounds for damages of a small dent not done by my bloody car. On phone now and still on hold.

Really poor, they can’t even tell me where my car is after my accident nearly 2 weeks ago, was told I’d get a call back today but they just didn’t bother. They don’t seem to have taken any action so far and when I told the lady over the phone this I was told “you’re not our only customer”. I fear this is going to be a very, very long drawn out process.
After 3 weeks my car has been declared a total loss, they have requested my V5 which I am happy to provide, however they are insisting I do not inform the DVLA I am no longer the registered keeper and have threatened to delay payment if I do inform the DVLA.
Claim reference is 02009144, probably wouldn’t have been too difficult to find that out for yourself though given that you have my name. Still waiting on payment which was allegedly made 5 working days ago and should reach my account within 5 days but for some reason hasn’t.

I work in Insurance and these are a dreadful company, I have a no fault claim and its taken 4 MONTHS to obtain cctv and they still haven't forwarded to the third party Insurer. A disgrace to the industry.

Never done this before but have to give this company 1 * . Would give them a zero. My car was stolen. They paid the claim. The vehicle was found 8 months later in good condition. Asked them about buying the car back. They refused without a good reason. They said they are going to scrap the car. Presumably for parts. Feeling gutted and annoyed with this company. Update 2021. This company has lied to me. They said they would scrap the car for parts, but I have checked and it was sold and is on the road again. Why did you not give the opportunity to buy it back and why are you a bunch of liars.

Awful service. My wifes car had a catalyctic converter stolen from it, 4 weeks later it's still sat on our drive and we're no further along in getting anything sorted. Do not take insurance with this company, they will just pass the buck and wash their hands with it.
