One of your customers have carelessly crashed into my vehicle and you have not only totally ran rings around the lawfirm I am using but you have sent me an email to state that your "engineers" will contact me in 72 hours to discuss the repair of my vehicle, even though I have paid to have a professional engineer value the damage in which the valuation was passed on to you. 200 hours later no contact! Judging from your unprofessional service and unreliability I will not be letting any of your dodgy agents near my vehicle. If I am not compensated with a cheque for the repair of my vehicle in the next 72 hours I WILL be seeking professional advice from my personal solicitor and WE WILL be looking into this firms background.

As for your contact number, 2 hours on hold and no answer. Absolutely ridiculous.
