Extremely rude and unhelpfull, got no respect for their customers whatsoever, been with them for 3 years finally changed my insurance and got it myself without their help and turned out to be a lot less cheaper than what they have been charging me since the past 3 years, got the same insurance policy with the same insurance company they were offering me £100 cheaper than they were offering, never been able to provide me support but have been harassing me for the past 3 years and instead of trying to help their customers they have tried their best to get the most money out of a normal middle class persons pocket, never have been able to explain why the vehicle i wanted to switch to on my policy was turning out more expensive than the vehicle i already had, even though the new vehicle was 100% supposed to turn out cheaper which actually did when i moved to a whole different company, now i am in debt of almost £500 because i cancelled my policy and apparently it is because of their broker fees and many other extra fees, but when i tried explaining that all this was not listed in my insurance contract at the start before starting my policy the 2 different people i spoke to were having none of it and not tried to help either, but instead they cancelled my policy which i told them to do and i am grateful for that but have sent the case to debt collectors, now you guys tell me what middle class person running a family is able to pay £500 for a policy cancellation when they were not informed by any of this at the start. Completely hoping this company gets shut down and no innocent person like get harassed and scammed the way i have been.

Spoke with Alan Eckersley today about my renewal, been nervous for months as I had a minor accident last year which put my insurance up by £100 a month, I was concerned it would climb even higher this month. Although I had an accident my no claims was not affected as there was no claim and this was taken in to consideration this year and Alan really shocked me when my insurance dropped by OVER £100 a month!! What an amazing guy I’m honestly so relieved. Going forward my no claims is now protected and hopefully my insurance will be even better next year. Would definitely recommend this insurance to others as I’ve always felt that the team do the best that they possibly can and they won’t call back until they’ve got something good for you!

Communication is awful. You have to chase continually to get them to answer you. Most people who answer cannot be bothered to help in the slightest, or give incorrect information. We have been with them for 3 years now but when we renew in April we will go elsewhere. I will never use them again. Shocking service.
