I would have selected a higher rating if this company was professional. I submitted a ticket to obtain more information regarding the time and structure of the course in order to build a schedule for myself since I work full-time and I have children. I also submitted a question within the ticket to better understand a concept. If the representative would have simply replied that the course that I selected does not provide assistance on the material or more information regarding the structure and time, that would have been fine. However, the representative responded in such a rude and inappropriate manner, including responding with shouts indicated by the multiple use of all caps. More importantly, the representative had the gall to advise me to "make arrangements for [my] children to be in bed or have someone else watch them." The representative knows nothing about me, my background, or my study ethics. I have a BA and JD, and my children have never been a problem with me passing any classes or obtaining my degrees. I passed the exam on the first time because I take anything that I do seriously and put in the time and the effort. Fortunately, I have thick skin and would not allow such a rude representative to deter me. However, it concerns me that individuals just trying to ensure that they are creating a plan to put forth their best effort would be met with such an inappropriate and rude response. I sent an escalation email to report the representative's rude and inappropriate response back in February 2024. I have not received a reply or apology to date. Unfortunately, this leads me to believe that this is the culture of the company and I do not wish to pay for courses to a company that exhibits inappropriate and rude behavior towards its paying customers. I wish that I would given another company the opportunity to provide the course to me.

I am adding to my original post due to the reply that was posted. The reply confirms my point that this is one of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever dealt with. The reply twisted and played on the facts of what actually happened to hide behind the representative's inappropriate behavior. I NEVER requested a specific study plan - I requested information regarding the structure of the course to create my OWN plan. I NEVER NOR WOULD I EVER say that my children are an impediment to anything, let alone my studies. Please re-read your reply and look up the definition of "multiple" regarding all caps (shouting) being used (it's clear that the shouting was multiple times). I do not understand how the representative was "happy to answer specific questions regarding the material" if I was told that it is "SELF-STUDY" and to "MOVE-ON". I believe requesting to understand pro-rata contribution was a pretty specific question that I did NOT receive help with. Again, I passed the exam because I put in the work. It is not difficult to understand why I posted my review when I did. I posted my review shortly after I completed the course. It would be premature to post a review before the course is completed. Just do better as a company - professionalism is a basic characteristic that any company should have. Instead of further replying with inappropriate and unbecoming responses - try to actually listen to what is being communicated to you to do better. I did not feel respected as a customer, and you (and your representatives) should not treat any other customers this way. It's plain and simple.

I passed my exam with a high 80, I attribute that to this course. The State test seemed much easier than any of the tests included in this course which in my opinion is why I got the score I did. Great tool to use and I see why their pass rates are so high

Very good course and prepared me very well for my state test. The only critique would be to place all the info needed in the slides. The way it is now they have some information in the audio portion. Sometimes it can be hard to concentrate for long periods on a monotone computerized voice. Aside from that small thing the course was fantastic.

The course was very helpful although I was still not doing well on practice exams when I finished it. Asked if I could obtain a copy of the book it was based on and was told I did not need it. Fortunately, a friend had a copy and that is what finally helped me pass the test on the first try! The book had more tests per chapter than the online course and I don't think I would have passed without it. The school in general was great with customer service and quick response to questions and I would recommend them for your licensing studies.

Those lazy cheapskates! That's what I think of their practice of using robots to voice all their training. Like nails on a chalkboard to my ears, the whole time. Why, on earth, couldn't you just have the person who typed what the computer was supposed to say...just say it themselves? No matter how bad their voice might be, it has to be 1000 times better than artificial intelligence. The information was fine, and I passed my exam with flying colors, but I wouldn't give them any of my money if it meant having to sit through that again.

Best school out there to obtain your insurance license.

For a while I must admit that instead of doing the online classes, I was just reading the book....however failed twice. The third time I decided to use the actual online course, and it was great! Very smooth pace, fast, fun, and easy. I passed the third time with flying colors. I wish i would have done the online course the first time. I highly recommend this school; they have to tools to get you to pass. Thank you, Insurance Schools!

This course did help me pass the exam on my first try. However, many of the course lessons are audio recorded by a robot with a monotone voice, which was extremely hard to focus on. I found it easier to just read the study guides than listen to the robot, even though I normally absorb material better by listening to lectures than by reading it. Also, I was surprised by the amount of spelling and grammatical errors found in the presentations and course quizzes.
