We had a leak into our property and our claims management company used service solutions.

If you're reading this then please go find another contractor, these guys are useless, a few examples:

- Claiming damage on floor was already there
- Lost the set of keys we'd provided with them
- Repeatedly called myself to make appointments even though I'd provided the tenants details multiple times
- Provided colour options for the paint for the skirting/walls which wasn't followed

The added stress to an already stressful event was unnecessary.

Avoid this Company

I am writing to inform fellow contractors and the general public about a company that should be avoided due to non-payment issues. We recently experienced this issue with Concert Clean Solutions, and I want to share our experience so that others may not encounter the same problem.

We were initially contacted by Michelle Mellor from Concert Clean Solutions, inquiring if we provided services in a specific area for insurance claims. After confirming our availability, an introduction was arranged to Matthew Caffrey, a local area manager. We submitted a quote for an insurance claim project, which was approved, and we completed the work in December 2022.

Despite our efforts to send invoices and follow up on multiple occasions, payment has still not been received. At no point during our correspondence with Michelle Mellor was it mentioned that Concert Clean Solutions operated under independent franchises. Communication with Ms. Mellor regarding this topic has been unproductive, and she has not addressed the payment issue adequately. It is now clear that payment is the responsibility of Matthew Caffrey and not linked to the master franchise.

We have also requested for our concerns to be shared with the main directors of the company; however, we have not yet received any response.

In light of these events, I find it necessary to warn other contractors and the general public about this situation. Please be cautious when considering working with or engaging in any transactions related to Concert Clean Solutions.

I'm only giving one star as zero stars is not an option!!

Following a flood in 2019 Service Solutions Group which is what this company was known as back then, were instructed to reinstate my property.
In all my life I have never come across a bunch incompetent individuals mistake after mistake after mistake, radiators went missing, incorrect materials been used, poor workmanship throughout, this company use multi tradesman otherwise known as jack of all trades and a master of none.

Dealing with the flood was devastating, however dealing with these guys and their contractors was an experience I do not wish on anyone!!!!

Awful, atrocious, useless. Incompetent

TRADES DO ANY WORK FOR THEM!! Was contacted by them to carry out some plumbing work after flood damage. Quoted to carry out the work which was accepted and proceeded quickly as their client was living in a flood damaged house. Their client stole the old radiators which had been fitted with new valves as they wanted new ones, requoted Service solutions as customer had sold them to a salvage yard and my original quote did not include new and was not on the spec. Was accepted by email and phonecall so purchased and fitted new. During the end of the job was emailed a customer acceptance form which I had to get signed off which the client did. Was told invoice will be paid which only part of the invoice was paid for. When I chased this up was told the client was not happy with plastering work (we had only carried out plumbing work and a totally different firm was doing building work) so had to withhold half of the original quote and the second quote would not be paid for at all as we did not get a PO Number. We knew nothing about having to get PO Numbers as all communciation had been done via email/phone but was told the t&cs were on their website. Mel in accounts would not accept any of the screenshots or messages or any emails confirming they were accepting the quote/amendment despite it being very clear. Sent emails and letters but ignored, signed for letters were declined for the address at Preston. From reading other reviews it I obvious they rip off all trades wherever they can

Very impressed! staff were very professional and kept me informed about my claim from start to finish, they were very understanding and helpful. The workmanship was amazing, finished to a very high standard. I would recommend Insurance Solutions Group to everyone and will defiantly use their services again, thank you for all your help!

Disgusting company.
Do not pay contractors what they agree to pay.
Make any excuse under the sun and then make up random figures of what they think they should pay.

When I’ve confronted Nicola in accounts with screenshots of two emails of herself saying we are only authorised for £63+vat and then another a month later being £60+vat, she then responds with she will no longer reply to my emails.

Rogue company that doesn’t pay contractors.

You’ve been warned.

Terrible!! The contractor turned up today to mend our gates that were damaged by a John Lewis driver over 3 months ago, he told me he would dig around the gate post that was loose and fill with post mix but instead he has used OUR pea beach and the gate post is still loose. What a joke! He was here for over an hour, why not just do the job properly?! The man is a joke and should be struck off!! He said he had 3 bags of post mix for the job but used none! I suspect he scams both sides and makes a good living doing nothing! Loser!

Dreadful.
We, a couple of old age pensioners, have a boiler insurance policy with 24/7 Home Rescue who appently use this bunch for claims.
Our boiler broke down in late September. We got in touch and eventually an "engineer" called round to see the problem. The first thing he asked for was the instruction manual for the boiler! that doesn't engender confidence. He started taking it apart but was soon on the phone to Worcester, the bolier manufacturer. He eventually said that it needed a good service even though I told him that it had been serviced less than 10 months ago by engineers sent by 24/7 Home Rescue. He showed me some soot in the bottom of the heat exchanger as evidence of this and then went away. He was on site for about 30 minutes or so. I then got a call from Service Solutions saying that they were declining the claim as there was "gunge" (sic) in the boiler. I explained the circumstances but they were adamant that they would not carry out the repair. I will not be using SSG again and will pass on my concerns to all my aquaintances, friends, and family. We are sitting here in the cold without heating or hot water.
