I have been a client for more years than I care to remember, having found Insurance2day through a recommendation in a forum. In turn, I have recommended them to others. They offer excellent customer service and I am sad to see one poor review - but of course we do not know the story. In my experience, they have been really helpful, very quick to offer me exactly the cover I need and to sort out things for me. They have a low staff turnover - I have dealt with the same people for years and that means you can build a real relationship with the firm as opposed to a series of transactions where you need to go back over old ground. When there were changes in cover provider, they were swift to alert me and go through the issues that might arise. Definitely a beacon of good service ! Thanks !

I was nearing my renewal date for my PI and PL insurance and was talking to a very good friend of mine about the exorbitant costs that I was being charged, my friend said that I should contact Emma Robinson at Insurance2day which I did. Emma was very thorough ensuring the cover that I actually needed was bespoke to what I did and Emma went that extra mile and conversed with the insurers so the cost was in line with the cover supplied, consequently saving me over £200 a year, if you want a bespoke insurance policy ask Emma to arrange your policy and save money.

my advise never use a company that has to pester you for business i used this firm and got shafted they cleared failed to follow simply procedures and because of this not only did i loss my business but also taken to court accused of fraud i won the case and justice was done, but these clowns still had 100% of my premium DO NOT USE
