To be honest - they are quite good.

I searched many car insurance sites but all were not only expensive but also there were additional charges.

I entered the same details what I had entered on other websites, but got a very reasonable quote from Insure 2 Drive and I did not had a need to talk to anyone - it was so easy.

As per year I use comparison sites - My car insurance had gone from £400+ to £600+. My provider just said "call us ".
Coming to the day - some providers quoted silly prices with silly Excess figures. Insure 2 Drive offered £500+ and ticked ALL the box's. As I arranged on the saturday - immediate response and reply with Registration links- and had my Documents within 5 minutes. Excellent service, smooth, efficient, value for money. I get the feeling they will be the Best in a years time. I have 2 other car's - I will be getting Quotes nearer the time.

This insurance company took money out of my account without my permission. They declined my payment on two occasions yet then took the money out of my account for insurance. I didn’t realise it had gone though so took insurance elsewhere. When I was trying to get my money back they’ve charged a £45 cancellation fee even though they asked for proof of the cancellation which I provided.

Regardless, all of this has occurred during the cooling off period too and my insurance doesn’t even start until first week of September so I’ve not even used it.

How can a company like this be allowed to provide insurance. I’m so grateful I’ve found out about these lot before I really need insurance.

I have raised a complaint and they are now ignoring it !

Avoid the suffering!

Insure2drive Claim dpt and Customer service dpt seems to not have any intention to communicate with one another.
On request they will make you loop the loop between them both without end nor ever providing you with clear answers.
Completely hopeless!

Smart the ones who will avoid them!
