Very unhelpful!

We had a flood in our gym before Christmas
I4S are finding every reason to not help out

According to them,
Gym flooring and sprint tracks (which were damaged by water) are not part of contents jnsurqnce

Futhwrmoee you have to do everything via email with them and they take 4-5 days to respond

We’re in February now and I still haven’t had anything resolved.. just going back and forth trying to answer my questions

As a gym owner, I would strongly suggest not using insure4sport

Using the freephone number I was able to get straight through no queue which is a bonus. Spoke to chap who was very helpful and efficient and explained everything to me. All done in less than 10 minutes.

I have been using insure4sport for a few years now. I teach Fitsteps twice a week. I use their online service and they let you know when renewal is due. They are extremely prompt with the paperwork and when I had made mistake and asked them to change it they did there and then. They are also a great price and offer lots of options and are very clear and concise. Highly recommended company.

This company is fraudulent. I signed up for a years insurance cover in 2016. They took money out of my account in 2017 and 2018 for the same policy and sent me emails saying 'thank you for choosing to renew your policy' . I never once selected a year on year policy. What they sold me originally was a single years cover, not a rolling contact.
I even tried to cancel the direct debit at the bank but they managed to have it set back up before the 2018 payment went out.
So far they have taken £41.98 of unauthorized money from my account.

Horrible insurance company. They overcharged me by £25, then said they would refund it 10 days after it happened, and the days have passed and they still haven't refunded me? If you want to spend endless time on the phone trying to sort out unexplainable things with them over the phone, that's your company.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAIGUE

I took out a policy that I cancelled on the 24th June 2021 (had an email from these "insurers" stating that the policy had been cancelled, within 7 days of starting, so no fee to pay. However, I am still receiving letters and demands from both Insure 4 Sport and "premium credit" (I think this is the sh*sters that they farm out the finance option to), on the 7th July (14 days after cancelling the policy).

In addition, to passing it on to their monthly payment finance agency on the 28th June this company also took full payment for the policy from my bank account (four days after confirming that they had cancelled the policy).

Being passed between the two companies whenever I try to get in contact.
