After much research I decided to go with with InsureandGo UK for an Annual Multi trip European Cover ( this includes the UK pre booked holidays....I write this because not all travel insurance companies did this for the European cover, I found out. !!)
I used the chat service and Reece, from the company, was excellent in answering my questions. Travel insurance is now booked, had a choice of three offers and I chose the most appropriate for meeting our needs.
Brilliant and thank, for we now look forward to our holidays in 2025, knowing we have a cracking policy.

Very easy to complete the quote process, including entering medical info. The annual cover for a couple over 60/70 was great value - and we got a Black Friday discount so even better! A shout out for the online help (real person) - quickly answered my questions and super friendly.

I booked holiday insurance and paid online. I then realised that I had missed a 20% discount called.

I rang up and was pleasantly surprised to find that although I had to cancel the existing policy which was easily done the telephone operators were very helpful and pleasant, a great change. Then went online again and applied the discount code which was well worth doing.

Great choice of insurance options and easy to use website. I think the only thing is that I would prefer it if they asked for date of birth after showing the quotes. They can provide the prices based on the age selected on the first page so I think the extra details including the full address should be on a separate page after the selection of the preferred quote.

I used Insure and Go last MY for our trip to Cyprus as existing company wanted an excessive fee for continuing our Travel Insurance.
Early May I had a very small Stroke and hence spoke to Insure and Go.
This company was so helpful and took all details of my Stroke and tablets I now take.
The cost of the policy was excellent and will be renewing when runs out.
