Absolute racket. I took one annual travel insurance policy out with them. They just automatically renew it without me knowing. There’s no way to log on to your account to cancel. You get through to a foreign country when calling. Avoid.

They provide a "RENEW10" voucher code that is supposed to give uyou 10% off, but it recalculates it at 4.5% off. I called customer service and they had no interest whatsoever in fixing the problem. I'm pretty sure that is against the law. Don't use them.

Awful, just awful
Just come off the phone with these jokers. Used them for 3 years and my £100 annual policy jumped to £300. Met with computer said no. They couldnt even tell if i was on auto renew. No loyalty. Reading the reviews ive clearly dodged a bullet that I dont have to claim as i would have been whistling in the wind. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. (i never write reviews either, just had to here)

Do not book with them.
My flight was cancelled and I was told this was covered with my insurance.
I was told I would receive the money back for my new flight.
My original flight cost £200 and my new flight back to the UK cost £1500.
Insure for provided me with £20 compensation. What a joke

Bought travel insurance for usa. After paying i noticed they had my name down twice. My husband rung numerous times over days, and then still not getting it right including our medical declarations, they then cancelled the policy saying it was over the 14 days cool off period and will only give us 65%of our money back. Won't be using these again and i would strongly advise others not to use this company!
After this review, a week later and we have received all our money back.

If you’re thinking of wasting your money on this insurance company please don’t.

Context: massive flood in hotel room with over £2000 worth of belongings completely destroyed. Provided them with absolutely everything and still declined the claim.

Please don’t waste your money. Won’t be using again.

Would give 0 stars if possible. 6 months of back and forth just for one claim. Told someone would get back to me and not hear anything for weeks. Then when i would follow up they would send me documentation back dated weeks ago that they just didn't bother to send me. Only to come out 6months later and have my claim denied anyway. Representatives I spoke to were kind but avoid this dumpster storm of an insurance company at all costs. Straight up scam.

Tried to claim for a pair of sunglasses that broke on holiday, this company put every obstacle in your way to stop them paying out a claim for £150
