How bad can customer service get! They didn’t tell me they are no longer doing gap insurance policy’s, didn’t think to tell me when I have a three year policy with them! When I ring to change my policy to a new car, they tell me they can’t change the policy, I have to cancel it as they are no longer supplying this service! Plus there is a £35 admin fee for cancelling, when I didn’t even want to cancel it’s their fault for cancelling as they no longer do gap insurance. Which cancels the refund I would receive for the year I had left on the policy. When I asked them why they didn’t tell me they were no longer supplying gap insurance they said we didn’t want to panic customers! As if I’m not panicking now! The gentleman said there is nothing I can do for you. They were rude and not willing to help me.

Rude desk staff - asked where a business was on a floor was told "I don't care, it's nothing to do with us". Really no reason for the rudeness.
