My home insurance was arranged through Hastings, who use Integra for my policy. I recently claimed for a damaged laptop. THe whole process was handled extremely quickly by Integra and their repairesrs Value Checkers Ltd. I received a brand new replacement within 14 days of making my claim. Excellent service.

Unfortunately I was under this company via the AA home contents insurance.

When I made a claim, I tried calling this company, as I struggle with typing and form filling, so needed to speak with a person over the phone.

Twice I called them and had no answer after waiting 20 minutes for my call to be picked up, which it wasn't.

I have now cancelled my policy with the AA due to the incompetence of Integra.

Please don't use this company Integra, for anything.

U will regret it

Poor communication. Ages on the phone trying to get through. Been cut off twice. Been lied to, telling me my claims handler wasn't in the office that day even though a few hours earlier he was 'on the other line'. Cannot get hold of him. Emails are ignored. My claim still isn't settled after months. Gone to the Ombudsman. Sick of being ignored.

Dealing with Integra has been painful and difficult. If i could have given no stars i would have. They do not reply to email, getting to speak to them on the phone takes hours and they did their best to make a legitimate claim really difficult. Avoid at all costs...

Phone call was answered promptly and told us exactly what we would expect next and what we had to do . A link that was easy enough to follow was sent to us via email and it was a place where quotes could be uploaded and details of the claim. Once this was done we received a reply within a couple of days and the money was in our account within 5 days. An excellent service in difficult circumstances which made getting our bathroom sorted out the only issue we had to deal with..... cannot thank you enough ....fully recommend 10/10

A very unpleasant episode (water leak that bought the ceiling down), was managed so professionally by Integra. They came to assess the damage within 2 days, they explained the entire process to its end. They stayed in touch through email and I felt confident that they took everything in to account. The whole process was handled and resolved within two week. Very impressive service and their reassurance ment a great deal to us. Superb.

Disgusting firm with the worst customer service imaginable. I normally never review but I felt the need to warn others of how bad this company is. Was passed from pillar to post over several weeks re my claim just for it to be refuted on another set of grounds after I clarified their advise was the reason for the first reason. They then claimed their appointed surveyor (graham) at CVS had informed me of their decision which was a blatant lie and when I questioned and said check call recordings they claimed them calls weren't recorded- how is that an acceptable process for it not to be monitored at time of decision giving? No concern for vulnerable customers and blind transferring calls after putting on hold for ages. Taken it to financial ombudsman as other reviews also show similar dodgy behaviour from integra and their surveyor.
