Utterly poor to be honest with the one interaction I had with them and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Completely put me off purchasing a house with Taylor Wimpey at Hartburn Grange (I'm fairly sure a 56k deposit is enough to have a mortgage over 20 years and not 35 years as constantly suggested to me). Avoid and get advice elsewhere.
