What an excellent service from IRG. From the moment they collected the car to the moment we picked it up the service was excellent. The staff are super friendly and really helpful. Excellent service from start to finish. My car was collected and delivered back which was most helpful and I was kept informed of progress and when I could expect my vehicle back. The job itself is excellent and I am really pleased with the result. Although my policy qualified me for a courtesy car one was not available but we managed without. They guys who collected and delivered the car, Jim who kept in touch with progress and me and the lady who (charmingly) collected my excess payment were all very pleasant and helpful.

Extremely poor service, constantly lied to about expect dates for parts to arrive. My poor mother lead constantly down this chase of "oh it'll be done Friday" only for more parts to be needed over and over.

The best part is once we got the car back, not only had it not been washed, but clear paint damage that they have yet to address or attempt to compensate in any form. Tooling marks on the plastic and Paint damage on the bonnet edge.

On multiple occasions I rang demanding to speak to a Service Manager only to be told time and time again that they are unavailable and I never received a call back.
