When Hurricane Ian hit and my home and cars were severely damaged, I looked for a respectful and reputable company. A friend referred me to Shaun Greene of Ironclaim. He diligently worked on my claim for close to 1 year and 6 months without hesitation. He came to my home twice meeting with adjusters to get the claim finalized. I received the money finally and what a blessing to start to get my home back in order. Shaun cared and that is hard to find someone in this time and age! Ironclaim is a great company to work with resolving claim issues!

The process working with Iron Claim was really good UNTIL the contract was signed. After that, the communication was much less than desirable. Without going into great detail, we terminated the contract and have retained another company.

After having a house fire due to a lightning strike, Ironclaim was instrumental in helping us get all of our structural and content money from our Insurance company. They were extremely responsive and tentative to any questions we had during this process. They were very professional and showed up to all of the scheduled Insurance company appointments at our home in short notice, as they knew how important it was to our family to expedite this entire process and get back into our home. I am so happy we decided to get help from Ironclaim during this difficult time. They handled everything with the Insurance company and we couldn't be happier with the end result. I have known Katie with Ironclaim for the past 25 years. She left a job of 30 years after meeting the team at a meeting. We lost our house in the Marshall-fire in Boulder Colorado. Our architect for the rebuild mentioned that he was using Ironclaim to help him get his insurance money for the house he lost in the fire. We had a rather large claim and the cost to rebuild was about 700,000 more than the insurance company had us covered for. We needed all of our insurance money from personal property in order to rebuild. Ironclaim stuck with us and saw the claim through the end. They helped us get all of our structural money. We got all of our personal property money. The insurance company slowed the process down and Ironclaim kept us moving forward.

We would have never been able to get all of the money we were insured for without them. It was nice to have them talk to the insurance company, it saved my sanity!

I never knew what a public adjuster was until a Cat 4/5 Hurricane smacked right into our home and a good friend said to call "Ironclaim." So, I did and thank goodness for that! The kindness and concern they showed during such a horrible time, their method and efficiency, and most importantly the results they produced, all helped to save us from this horrifying disaster!! Trying to recover and deal with insurance issues in a situation like this is one of the worst experiences you can ever go through.
